Who we are
Axonai LLC (“Axonai”, “we”, “us”) provides managed IT, managed security, and compliance services to government contractors. This policy explains what we do with information collected through axonai.us.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, work email, company, and message you provide, together with any optional details you choose to add: phone number, role, website, approximate number of in-scope users, current compliance stage, whether you handle CUI, your timeline, and which services interest you.
Technical information. When you submit the form we record the page you submitted from, the referring page, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. We use these solely to prevent abuse of the form and to understand which parts of the site generate enquiries.
What we do not collect. This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not ask for and do not want Controlled Unclassified Information, export-controlled data, credentials, or payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or quote you asked for.
- To prepare for and follow up on a gap check or scoping conversation.
- To maintain a record of business enquiries and correspondence.
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our contact form.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal basis and consent
We process the information you submit because you have asked us to respond to a business enquiry, and because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting our website. You can withdraw contact at any time by emailing contact@axonai.us.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to host this website and to deliver email notifications of new enquiries. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their service. We do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Security
Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, transmitted over encrypted connections, and reachable only by authorised personnel through an authenticated administrative interface. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold ourselves to the standards we ask our clients to meet.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@axonai.us and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie is used to keep an authorised administrator signed in to the private enquiry dashboard; it is never set for ordinary visitors.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
